AlkaTide advertises a 60-day money-back guarantee from your purchase date. Reading the fine print matters here — the guarantee comes with several meaningful conditions.

The conditions, plainly stated

Before you can request a refund: you must use the product for at least 30 days from your purchase date, and contact the seller within the 60-day window.

What qualifies: only sealed, unopened bottles are eligible for a refund.

What it costs you: a 20% restocking fee is deducted from your refund, and you are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping and any customs fees are not refunded.

Timing: processed refunds take approximately 5 to 10 business days to appear.

What this means in practice

This is a real guarantee — you can get some money back — but it is meaningfully less generous than a plain 'money-back guarantee' headline suggests. Between the 20% restocking fee and paying your own return shipping, you should expect to lose a portion of your purchase price on any return.
